What Voice Would You Have Wanted to Hear When You Were Younger?

My ears rang a little, trying to answer the question above.
When I was younger, I would have wanted to hear the voice of confidence and radiance whispering to me that I was good, that I was worthy, that I was worth so much more than I believed, that I shouldn't let myself be fooled by appearances, and that I should listen to my soul.
In truth, I wish I'd had a mirror that showed me exactly as I was, not as I believed myself to be.
I still wish I had such a mirror today, one that would show me what lies beyond the subtle shell of my own structures — because a tree, after all, doesn't rely on its branches and trunk when the storm comes, but on its strong roots, which it grew long before any of that.
So, remember,
Remember what your roots are, the soil you grew in, and draw your strength from there,
Believe in yourself and keep moving forward no matter what,
Don't stop, don't stop!
Be a rocket with a course already set,
Aim carefully at your goal and keep your eyes fixed on it. Don't listen to the murmurs of others, even if they shout — put on your glasses and your headphones for the road to the stars, not to the depths.
Focus on what lifts you up.
What makes your heart hum, your body tremble, and your feet dance to the song of your own soul?
Take the first step and dance your way forward. That's what will keep you awake and protect you from whatever comes your way.
On the other hand, if you stray from your own path, from what your heart asks of you, you'll run into many walls, bang your head, and wonder where it came from, what happened.
An example of this is Maria, a client who realized, after running into one unpleasant situation after another and jobs she never felt at home in, that she would never again turn away from painting — anywhere, on anything, in any way, even painting on the walls of her own mind when she couldn't find a canvas or a sheet of paper.
Because when inspiration strikes her, it's as if angels are singing in her ears, and she has to express it somehow, right then, in that very moment. And that's what makes her feel truly alive — everything else is just details.
So it is for you too, dear one — choose, but choose wisely, and let yourself be guided by the song of your heart. You know it's there.
It's been there for a long time; sometimes you may have wished you'd never heard it, thinking you'd never know how to sing it, to make yourself heard.
You know, nothing is by chance. You're never given more than you can carry, and the proof of that is that today you're still here, reading these lines, as if written just for you, for me, and for anyone who wants to listen and do something for themselves.
The decision is only the beginning, but often the beginning is the hardest part — you know the saying, "the first time is the hardest" 🙂
Well, it's the same in love, and the same in choosing your path in life or at a crossroads.
Seven years ago, this is the voice Maria would have wanted to hear:
"My dear, I know it's hard for you sometimes, and I also know you wish you had someone older who's already been through what you're going through. You're beautiful, strong, and so much smarter than you think. If I could, I'd hold up the biggest, most brilliant mirror in the Universe to show you how wonderful you are and how much creative power you hold.
Right now it's hard for you to believe me — you still don't see anything that proves what I'm saying. First of all, trust yourself, and always remember that certain results don't determine who you truly are. Sometimes they just show you how you see yourself, and they can be a warning sign that you need to change something, like the way you look at things.
Throw away those old, dusty glasses — they don't even fit you anymore. Now you have the chance to choose the most beautiful, cleanest glasses for yourself. You can even paint them in your favorite colors. I wonder how you'd see the world if you did that? How would you see yourself?
What do you say? Do you accept the challenge?
Don't wait for life to pass you by while you struggle to cram the world into that small trunk you left home with.
Open your heart and hold the whole world in your soul.
In fact, you'll see that your entire universe springs from there.
You know, those heavy bags full of limitations and so many "I can't"s are waiting for you to set them down.
Throw them away and make your path lighter — you know you have a long road ahead of you, and there are still many gems left to add to it, like joy and a hunger for life, a hunger for the fresh green of spring.
By the way, how long has it been since spring last visited your soul?
When did the cherry trees last bloom?
And what about hope and the belief that you deserve, and that you're capable of so much more than you think — more than others tell you?
Dare to open the door to spring.
Don't look around you,
Look within yourself.
What don't you let yourself do?
Who don't you let yourself be?"
If it helps, I'm on this spring road too. What makes my work easier are the people and mentors around me, who pull me back onto the path whenever I take a wrong turn. In truth, they only show me my own path — I'm the one who chooses whether to keep going forward or to take a detour on certain routes.
In fact, one of them told me one day: "you know that the lazy one actually runs the most, right?"
That shook me a little, so I printed it out and put it up on the walls, on the mirror, everywhere, so I wouldn't forget how much energy I burn every time I avoid taking action.
You seemingly choose the easy path, but you end up running around until you find the right tools, until you find the right people for what you need, taking one detour after another, and arriving, exhausted, exactly where you would have arrived if you'd chosen correctly the first time. Sometimes that detour can take even 10-15 years.
Stop wasting your time complaining, criticizing yourself, or judging others. Use that energy to build around you instead.
It's up to you to build the life you want, the relationship you want.
Where does sitting around and blaming the other person actually get you?
Maybe you're still hoping you'll finally get through to your partner and that they'll do what you want. That's exactly the detour: waiting for the other person to do something, or to change.
It's like postponing doing something yourself, changing yourself, investing in yourself, and getting to work. All you're doing is frustrating yourself even more, because that's simply not how it works.
If you'd like, I have a big mirror that can help you see yourself as you truly are, so you can discover the resources within you that you need to reach the goal you've long dreamed of, to build the life you want.
My mirror is called coaching.
You choose the destination/goal, and I'll walk alongside you, guiding you toward the shortest path that fits you best.

Generation Z, often called the "generation of the sensitive ones" and fragile, has enormous potential. I've discovered they are courageous, ambitious, empathetic, kind, and flexible — potential well worth polishing and supporting to build tomorrow's world.

Those who "make money" for non-integrated reasons are less self-determined — they feel less autonomous, less competent, and have fewer fulfilling relationships. One explanation may be that Romanians place great weight on relative income, asking "how much do I have compared to others?" — a comparison that fuels dissatisfaction.

It's the reasons why you make money — not the money itself — that are linked to well-being and fulfillment in life.
