This page is a preliminary version. The final, legally reviewed text will be published soon.
Your privacy matters — in the therapy room and on this website alike. Below is a short overview of what personal data ralucastan.ro collects, why, and what rights you have.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Raluca Stan — clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, practising in Romania. For any question about your data, you can write to me at contact@ralucastan.ro.
What data I collect
The only personal data collected through this site is what you voluntarily submit via the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. The site uses no marketing or tracking cookies and loads no third-party fonts or scripts.
Why and for how long
Form data is used solely to reply to your message and, if you wish, to arrange a first conversation. It is not used for marketing, not sold, and not shared with other parties. Messages are kept for as long as our correspondence requires, then deleted.
Where it is stored
Messages are stored securely on the website's server, hosted in the European Union, and email notifications are delivered through an email service provider. I am the only person with access to this data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise any of these rights, write to me at contact@ralucastan.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority.
Therapeutic confidentiality
Separately from this website, everything we discuss in sessions is protected by professional secrecy, in line with the code of ethics of the Romanian College of Psychologists.
